After two years searching for the ideal area, Brazil Paralelo Trinta Agronegocios was established in Encruzilhada do Sul/RS. The choice of the region was due to the latitude of the parallel 30º that, both in the south and in the north, has the ideal solar incidence for the fruit growing. In addition, the altitude of more than 400 meters, in the southwest of Rio Grande do Sul, provides the ideal amount of cold hours for fruit growth. In addition, the thermal amplitude of the region allows better conditions of aroma and flavor to the fruit. For several years, crops such as vines and olive trees have already enjoyed the benefits of the region, and more recently pecan walnut has been introduced successfully.

So, thinking about this we created Pecanera Brasil, our brand of pecan nuts. Very tasty and beneficial to health, pecan nut is considered a superfood and the demand for it worldwide is growing exponentially. We currently have more than 20,000 walnut trees planted in 150ha, but we do not want to stop there; our projection is to double that amount in five years:
